Features

Everything the session needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Six things GymFlow does, in the order they matter.

Signature feature

See exactly what you've trained

The muscle heat map fills in as you work, front and back, over a week, a month, a quarter or all time. Ranked muscles show what is getting volume; the untrained list shows what is quietly being skipped. Tap any muscle for its sets, volume and the exercises that hit it.

Log a workout in seconds

Tap through sets with reps and weight, see what you lifted last time on the same row, and let the rest timer run itself between sets. Add a note to an exercise, skip one, reorder them mid-session, or drop in an exercise you did not plan for. Personal records are detected as you log them.

Progress you can actually read

Per-exercise charts for top set and total volume, personal records, and full workout history with per-session adherence — how much of the plan you really completed. Weekly and all-time totals for workouts, volume, sets, time and your current week streak, plus a consistency grid of every day you trained.

A per-exercise progress chart tracking top set and volume over time.

Plans that fit how you train

Start from a proven split — Full Body, Upper/Lower or Push/Pull/Legs — or build your own plan day by day with default sets, reps, weight and rest for every exercise. Your active plan drives the home screen, so you always know whether today is a training day.

Body weight tracking

Log weigh-ins, set a target, and track change, weekly rate, average, high and low against a trend chart.

Exercise library

Browse and search by body part, equipment and muscle. Every exercise has instructions, the muscles it targets, and related movements. Favourite the ones you keep coming back to.
