GymFlow — Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the GymFlow apps for iOS and Android. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.

1. What GymFlow is
A tool for planning and recording resistance training. It stores what you tell it and shows it back to you. That is the whole of the service.
2. Not medical or fitness advice
GymFlow is not a doctor, a physiotherapist, or a coach.
The exercise catalogue is reference material, not a prescription. Nothing in the app is an assessment of whether a movement, a load, or a programme is appropriate for you.
Resistance training carries a risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding what you are fit to do, for your technique, and for the weights you choose. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, particularly if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant. Stop and seek medical attention if something hurts.
3. Your account
You need a Google or Apple account to sign in. Keep it secure — anyone who can sign in to it can reach your GymFlow data.
One account per person. Do not create one for anyone under 13.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account. That deletion is permanent; see the privacy policy.
4. Your data is yours
You keep every right you have in the plans, sessions, and notes you create. You grant only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to show it back to you on your devices.
The exercise catalogue that ships with the app is not yours, and is licensed to you only for use inside GymFlow.
5. What you may not do
- Break the law with it, or use it to harm anyone.
- Attack, overload, or probe the backend, or try to reach another user's data.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, except where the law says you may regardless of what these terms say.
- Automate access to the service in a way that degrades it for anyone else.
6. Availability
GymFlow is offered as it is. It may be unavailable, may lose features, and may stop being offered. Workouts are stored on your device first and synchronised afterwards, so a backend outage should not cost you a session — but no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is made or implied.
Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are broken.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GymFlow is provided without warranty of any kind, and no liability is accepted for injury, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions above; where that is so, they apply only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
8. Changes
These terms may change. A material change ships with an app update and the date above changes with it. Continuing to use GymFlow after that means the new terms apply.
9. The stores
The App Store and Google Play are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the app. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of whichever store you installed it from.
