Delete your GymFlow account
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app. No request, no support ticket, no waiting period.
How
Open GymFlow and go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
What gets deleted
Your account, and with it every plan, workout session, logged set, personal record and body weight entry attached to it — on the server and on the device you deleted it from. It is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no recovery period.
What does not
Anonymous analytics events already recorded cannot be tied to you and are not affected. Crash reports carrying your account ID are removed on request to the support address below.
If you can no longer sign in
If you have lost access to the Google or Apple account you signed in with and cannot reach the in-app option, write to us and we will delete the account for you. Send the request from the email address the account was created with.
