By downloading, installing, or using SupaBuckt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is subject to your prior acceptance of this Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

SupaBuckt is a tool to manage your Supabase storage. You are solely responsible for:
- The security of your Supabase credentials (Project URL and Service Role Key).
- The content you upload, download, or manage via the App.
- Ensuring your use of the App complies with Supabase's Terms of Service.

Your privacy is important to us. SupaBuckt does not collect or store any personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
5 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
6 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
